YOLLO MOBILE APPLICATION END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please read this Mobile Application End-User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before downloading or using the YOLLO mobile application ("Mobile App"). IT REQUIRES THE USE OF MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION TO RESOLVE DISPUTES RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS at New Delhi, India. This EULA governs your use of the Mobile App, which will allow you to access the Services of this application directly from your mobile device. Your use of the Mobile App indicates you have read and consent to this EULA. 


  1. Parties to the Agreement: This EULA governs the relationship between YOLLO and you, the end-user, and not Apple or any other third party. YOLLO is solely responsible for this Licensed Application and the content thereof. 
  2. License: YOLLO grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Mobile App for your personal and entertainment purposes on Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in App. Store Terms of Service and strictly in accordance with this EULA and YOLLO’s Terms of Use. 
  3. Your Account: Your use of the Mobile App requires that you have an account with YOLLO and agree to abide by YOLLO’s Terms of Use (https://www.yolloverse.com/terms_and_conditions) and the documents incorporated therein. To the extent the Terms of Use conflicts with this EULA, the Terms of Use will apply.
  4. Changes to this EULA:  YOLLO reserves the right to edit or modify this EULA. If YOLLO makes material changes to this EULA, we will notify you by email or via the Mobile App. Your continued use of the Mobile App after YOLLO publishes notice of changes to this EULA indicates your consent to the updated terms.
  5. No Included Maintenance and Support: YOLLO may deploy changes, updates, or enhancements to the Mobile App at any time it deems fit. YOLLO may provide maintenance and support for the Mobile App, but has no obligation whatsoever to furnish such services to you and may terminate such services at any time without notice. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and/or support services in connection with the Mobile App. You consent to any changes to your Mobile App.
  6. Privacy: In order to operate and provide the services and the Mobile App, YOLLO may collect certain basic information from you. YOLLO uses and protects that information in accordance with its Privacy Policy (a current version of which can be found at https://www.yolloverse.com/privacy_policy). By consenting to this EULA, you consent to the collection of the said basic information set forth in said privacy policy.
  7. Product Claims: YOLLO, not Apple, is solely responsible for addressing any claims of your or any third party relating to the Mobile App or your possession and/or use of that application, including, but not limited to: (i) any claim or dispute that the Mobile App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (ii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislations.
  8. Suspension and Termination of the Mobile App: YOLLO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Mobile App at any time based on the status of your account IN case of violation of Terms of Use, Privacy policy or in violation of this EULA. You understand that if your account is suspended or terminated, you may no longer have access to the App resulting in deletion of all the data pertaining to your account from the App. 
  9. Intellectual Property Rights: YOLLO retains all rights, title and interest in and to this Mobile App, the services and products it provides, the technology and software used to provide them, and all intellectual property and proprietary rights therein. In the event of a third party claim concerning these intellectual property rights, YOLLO, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. The User agrees that any legal action or proceeding between YOLLO and the User for any purpose concerning this EULA or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
  11. Integration, Incorporation & Severability. This agreement and the documents referenced herein represent the entire agreement between the parties, and they supersede any prior agreements. The Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy are incorporated by reference to this policy. If any portion of any provision of this agreement is found ineffective, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in force.
